IMPORTANT! PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THESE RULES BEFORE ENTERING THE 2021-22 TURKISH AIRLINES EUROLEAGUE BRACKET CHALLENGE AS THESE RULES AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS.

A) REGISTRATION

The 2021-22 Turkish Airline EuroLeague Bracket Challenge (the “Bracket Challenge”) is ON!

The Bracket Challenge will take place at bracket.euroleague.net and is administered and scored according to the following Rules.

To participate in the 2021-22 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Bracket Challenge you will need to register by using your social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google), or by creating a EuroLeague ID. If you’ve already own a EuroLeagueID account you will just need to enter your username and password to access the Bracket Challenge, or choose your social media account. If you have forgotten your username or password, go to id.euroleague.net , and click on “Forget Password”. Registration is free.

Once you completed the registration process, you will receive an email in your inbox to confirm your email address.

B) TIMING

The Bracket Challenge is open from Saturday, April 9, 2022.

The deadline to submit a valid bracket is Tuesday, April 19, 2022 at 18:59PM CET. 1-minute before the first playoffs game

Entries may be edited prior to submission’s deadline (18:59 PM CET April 19, 2022). All the brackets created after this time cannot be edited or modified.

C) HOW TO PLAY

a. How to make your selections. The objective is to accumulate the most points by correctly selecting the victorious team in each game of Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Playoffs series, Semifinals and Championship Game.

You will be able to fulfil your bracket in its entirety from a single page. You will need to select your pick for each individual game in order to advance the team to the next round by clicking on the team name. To complete the bracket, you will also need to submit the scoring difference (the exact number of points between the two teams) of the Championship game and choose the name of the Final Four MVP (the best player of the team you select as the Champion).

Once the bracket is complete, click on the “Submit” button to submit your pick.

The eligible entrant with the highest accumulative score at the end of the Bracket Challenge will be the recipient of the Grand Prize, the user that ends the Bracket Challenge with the second highest points tally will win the Silver Prize and the user that ends the Bracket Challenge with the third highest points tally will win the Bronze Prize. In case of any ties, check the Tiebreaks rules below (Section e).

b. Naming your entry (optional). Before submitting your bracket, you will be able to entry some characters and assign it a name. The naming is optional. If you don’t enter your name, an automatic name will be created by the platform’s system.

c. Edit bracket

You will have the option to edit your bracket(s) at any time after they have been initially submitted, before the deadline. You cannot delete an entry/bracket once it has been created. Entries may be edited prior to submission’s deadline All the brackets created after the deadline time (18:59 PM CET April 19, 2022) cannot be edited or modified.

d. Scoring

Playoffs:

10 points per correct playoff game pick: each individual game predicted correctly within each playoff series is worth 10 points

Underdogs points: if you pick a team seeded 5th, 6th, 7th or 8th (an underdog) to win any game against a team seeded 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th , you will receive extra points. The points will be calculated using the difference between the team’s seeding (i.e.: if Seed 1 plays Seed 8, and your correct pick is Seed 8, you will get an extra 7 points (8-1) that will be added to the correct game prediction, so 17 in total (10+7))

20 points if you pick the winner of each series

30 points if you pick the winner of each series AND the right order of the games

50 points if you correctly pick all Final Four teams

Semifinals:

20 points per correct playoff game pick

Underdogs extra points: if you pick the team with the lower seed (an underdog) to win any game against the team with the higher seed, you will receive extra points. The points will be calculated using the difference between the team’s seeding (i.e.: if Seed 1 plays Seed 4, and your correct pick is Seed 4, you will get an extra 3 points (4-1) that will be added to the correct game prediction, so 23 in total (20+3))

Championship game:

50 points if you correctly pick the 2021-22 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Final Four Champion team

Underdogs extra points: if you pick the team with the lower seed (an underdog) to win any game against the team with the higher seed, you will receive extra points. The points will be calculated using the difference between the team’s seeding (i.e.: if Seed 1 plays Seed 4, and your correct pick is Seed 4, you will get an extra 3 points (4-1) that will be added to the correct game prediction, so 53 in total (50+3))

25 points if you pick the exact points-difference in the final score

25 points if you pick the right name of the 2021-22 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Final Four MVP

NOTE: points from one phase are summed to the next phase (i.e. the points you accumulate during the Playoffs are added to the points accumulated during the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Final Four).

e. Ties

Tiebreakers will be applied if points-tallies are level at the end of the Championship game.

Tiebreakers:

• Tiebreak #1: Accumulated points achieved from selections made only of the Championship Game

• Tiebreak #2: Correctly select the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Final Four MVP

• Tiebreak #3: Number of points scored overall only in the Semifinals

• Tiebreak #4: Number of points scored overall only in the Playoffs

• Tiebreak #5: Number of points scored overall only in the Playoff series of the eventual winner

• Tiebreak #6: Number of points scored overall only in the Playoff series of the eventual losing finalist

• Tiebreak #7: Number of points scored overall only in the Playoff series of the eventual third placed team

• Tiebreak #8: Number of points scored overall only in the Playoff series of the eventual forth placed team

• Tiebreak #9: The Entrant whose date of entry creation was recorded in the system the earliest.

In all cases, an entry that does not win a tiebreaker is eliminated from consideration.

f. Lock-time. All picks will lock one (1) minute before the scheduled tip-off for the correlating game. Your picks for the matchups must be submitted, received and recorded by the scheduled lock-time. Selections submitted after the deadline are considered invalid. The Company’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Bracket Challenge.

g. Limit. Each user will be able to create up to five (5) brackets related to one account.

D) PRIZES

Entrants will have the opportunity to win the Grand Prize, the Silver Prize and the Bronze Prize.

“Grand Prize”: four (4) Turkish Airlines EuroLeague tickets for the 2022-23 regular season, for any game(s) selected by the winner

“Silver Prize”: one (1) EuroLeague TV season pass for the 2022-23 season

“Bronze Prize”: one (1) EuroLeague Spalding Basketball

E. POTENTIAL WINNER

All potential winning entries are subject to verification by the Organizer, whose decisions are final. The Organizer shall solely determinate any form of verification. A Participant is not a winner of any prize until Participant's eligibility and the potential winning entry has been verified and the Participant has been notified that verification is complete. The Organizer will not accept screenshot, affidavits or other evidence of winning in lieu of its validation process.
